These Terms apply when you access or use the website, the JBA AI™ App and related experiences within the JBA AICare™ ecosystem.

By accessing or using the services, you confirm that you have read and agree to comply with these Terms together with the applicable Privacy Policy.

JBA AICare™ is a personal health and wellness experience ecosystem that may include the website, the JBA AI™ App, user accounts, BioBaseline™, Family features, wearables and compatible Micro-HUB™ devices.

Capabilities and availability may vary by device, phone, operating system, app version, firmware, region and membership tier.

2. Wellness purpose and medical limitations

JBA AICare™ and its related products and services are designed to support personal health awareness and general wellness.

Unless a specific feature is approved by a competent authority and clearly described as such, the services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease; they do not replace a physician, healthcare professional or emergency services.

Do not delay seeking professional advice because of information displayed in JBA AICare™.

3. Eligibility and age

You may use the services only if you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms under applicable law.

If a user is not old enough to give valid consent under applicable law, use must take place with appropriate consent and supervision from a parent or guardian.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials confidential and notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, unless the law provides otherwise.

You may not use another person's account or allow others to use your account beyond the permissions supported by the app.

5. Devices and compatibility

Using certain features may require a compatible phone, camera, Bluetooth, network connection, operating system, app version, firmware or device.

JBA does not warrant that every feature will work on every device, every software version or in every region.

6. Conditions affecting results

Results, trends and estimates may be affected by lighting, movement, camera position, device quality, how the product is worn, connectivity, software, input data and other individual conditions.

A single result should not be treated as a medical conclusion.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the services to:

• Gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data.
• Break or bypass security mechanisms.
• Upload malicious code or harmful content.
• Impersonate another individual or organisation.
• Infringe the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
• Collect other people's information without permission.
• Copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer the software without authorisation.
• Use the services for unlawful or dangerous purposes.
• Use results to perform unauthorised diagnosis or treatment.

8. User content and data

You retain your lawful rights in the content you provide.

You allow the operator to process content and data to the extent necessary to provide the services, manage accounts, display supported information, protect systems and deliver the features you have chosen.

The collection and processing of data is further governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Family features

Family features let users proactively share certain supported information with trusted relatives.

• Each person has their own profile.
• Each person has their own BioBaseline™.
• Sharing is off by default.
• Users choose the recipients and the scope of the information shared.
• Users can stop sharing using the tools currently supported.

You may share information only where you have the lawful right to do so.

10. Intellectual property

The website, applications, software, designs, interfaces, logos, trademarks, content, algorithms and related technology belong to JBA, the operator or their respective licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the services in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms transfers intellectual property rights to users.

11. Third-party services and links

The services may link to or integrate with app stores, payment providers, map services, support platforms, cloud services or third-party websites.

Use of third-party services may be governed by those parties' own terms and policies.

12. Purchases, membership and payment

Prices, taxes, delivery, warranty, returns, membership, renewal and cancellation apply only as described in the commercial information displayed or provided at the time of the transaction.

We may modify, update, suspend or discontinue part of the services where needed to improve capabilities, fix errors, protect safety, meet legal requirements or reflect changes in business operations.
