Welcome to JBA AI™ (the "App"), developed and operated by AQP ONE, Inc. ("AQP"). Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you use the general wellness App.

Information you provide

When you use the App, you may provide personal information such as your name, email address and wellness-related information that you actively enter.

Information collected automatically

The App may automatically collect technical and wellness-related information, such as device type, operating system, heart rate, stress index and breathing rate.

Face data

During each session that uses face-based features, the App may capture live video frames to support real-time functionality. In accordance with the currently published policy, these frames are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers or on the device after the session.

We use the information collected to:

• Provide and improve the App's wellness-tracking features.
• Generate personal wellness reports and trends.
• Communicate with you about updates, features and support related to the App.

We apply reasonable safeguards intended to protect the confidentiality, integrity and security of personal information. However, no system is entirely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute protection of data.

We do not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information may only be shared:

• With service providers subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Where required by law, regulation or legal process.

The App is intended for general wellness purposes only. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You may request to access, update or delete your personal information by contacting us through the channel provided below. Some information may continue to be retained where required by applicable law or regulation.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted in the App and/or on the website.

The App may collect and process information about your actual location when you use the Running feature or other GPS-based activity features. GPS may be used to map routes, calculate distance and provide speed information.

We do not share location data with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

To provide a more complete view of physical activity and wellness, JBA AI™ may request access to data through Google Health Connect on Android and Apple Health or HealthKit on iOS.

Data requested

The App may request read permission for data types such as steps, heart rate, oxygen saturation, sleep, active and total calories, distance, weight, height, speed, power and other supported body metrics or vital signs.

Purpose of use

Data is synced securely and is used only to display supported metrics within the JBA AI™ App. We do not use health data for advertising purposes.

No commercial sharing

We do not sell, rent or share health data with data brokers, ad networks or third parties for commercial use.

User controls

You retain control over your data. You can disconnect or revoke JBA AI™'s access from within the App, from Google Health Connect settings on Android or from Apple Health on iOS.
